Leadership and Governance


iServe Africa is led by a board of directors who make policy and give oversight to the work. The board meets 4 -6 times a year and is made up of 7 members drawn from a wide spectrum of the society. The daily affairs of iSA are headed by an executive director who is appointed by the board and sits as an ex officio member of all board committee meetings.

Currently Rev.Harrison Mungai Macharia is the Executive Director. Rev.Harrison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Masters in Divinity Degree. Previously, He was a 9:38 apprentice at All Saints Crowborough (UK) and also volunteered with Careforce at Norcot Mission Church in Reading UK, studying at the Sussex Ministry Training Course.

The iServe Africa UK Trust provides a channel for funding for tax-efficient giving from the UK and is registered as a UK charity and a company limited by guarantee.
