My name is Emmanuel Osoro, and I am saved by God’s grace through faith in Christ Jesus. I serve as an apprentice with iServe Africa, working alongside CCI Wellspring – Thika, where I am deeply passionate about youth and teen ministry as well as discipleship. It brings me great joy to see young people grow holistically through the transforming power of the Gospel.

I have been actively involved in:

• Leading Bible studies for the youth.
• Overseeing the teen service and discipleship classes on Sundays and Thursdays.
• Reaching out to students in local schools within the community.

One of my greatest highlights in ministry has been witnessing how a faithfully proclaimed Gospel convicts hearts, exposes sin, and points people to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. This truth has been reinforced through my participation in iServe Africa’s Ministry Training Course (MTC), which helped me recognize my own ongoing need for the Gospel—not to compare myself with others, but to continually fight against sin until Christ’s return.

Reading What’s the Gospel? has deepened my appreciation of the centrality of the cross in the message of salvation. The Gospel is becoming clearer to me each day, and I am seeing its incredible impact not only in my life but also in the lives of those who hear and believe it.
