iServe Africa
Since the inception of iServe Africa in 2007, the number of programmes, staff and apprentices has continued to grow. The iSA board saw the need for establishing a Training Centre as a result of the ever present question of financial sustainability for the organization as well as the growing need for a training venue.
The Training Centre is a proposition to meet three needs in one project:
- An administrative unit/secretariat – a home for iServe with office space for our programmes team, partnerships and processes;
- A training facility to host our regular residential trainings for graduate apprentices, the ex-cans (gap year programme participants) and other gospel workers in faithful Bible handling and servant leadership;
- An income-generating endowment for long-term organisational stability.
