iServe Africa® is an Leadership Development and discipleship programme for fresh graduates who are keen to serve as apprentices in churches, mission agencies and other Christian oraganisations. 

The programme links fresh graduates with churches/organisations in an apprenticeship model where the apprentices give time to serve, while the placements provide a platform for discipleship, growth & leadership training.
